Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Freedo.Store, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund experience for all users. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and security deposits.

2. Booking Cancellation

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund (subject to a nominal processing fee, if applicable).
  • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur cancellation charges and may not be fully refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Eligible cancellations (as per the 24-hour rule)
  • Vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen operational reasons
  • Duplicate or failed transactions

Refunds are NOT applicable if:

  • Incorrect or invalid documents are submitted at the time of pickup
  • The user violates any terms of service (e.g., underage, no license)
  • No-Show: The user fails to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time
  • Early Return: Returning the vehicle before the scheduled return time does not qualify for a refund

4. Security Deposit Refund

A security deposit is collected to cover potential damages or violations. This deposit is fully refundable subject to vehicle inspection.

Deductions may include:

  • Physical damages to the vehicle
  • Missing accessories (helmets, mirrors, etc.)
  • Fuel shortage compared to pickup level
  • Late return charges
  • Traffic challans or penalties incurred during the ride

Processing Time: Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

5. Payment Method

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking. Refunds cannot be issued in cash or to third-party accounts.

Our strict refund and deposit policies help us maintain the premium quality of our fleet. Since we provide high-value vehicles — including latest models from Hero Motocorp Limited — these measures ensure that every rider receives a safe, well-maintained, and road-worthy vehicle.
