Freedo.Store is a modern mobility service committed to providing seamless travel experiences. By using our website, mobile application, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.freedo.store, using our app, or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility to Rent

To rent a vehicle through Freedo.Store, users must:

• Be 18 years or older (or as per state laws)
• Possess a valid government-issued Driving License
• Provide a valid identity document (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport)

Freedo.Store reserves the right to decline service if documents are incomplete or invalid.

3. Booking & Security Deposit

• Booking: All bookings depend on vehicle availability
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at booking or pickup
• Refund of Deposit: Issued after the vehicle inspection — deductions may apply for: damages, fuel shortage, missing accessories, late drop-off, or traffic challans issued during your rental

4. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

Freedo.Store vehicles are for personal mobility only. The following activities are strictly not allowed:

• ❌ Racing, stunts, off-roading, or rallies
• ❌ Towing or pushing another vehicle
• ❌ Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants
• ❌ Subletting or handing over the vehicle to a third party
• ❌ Transporting illegal or restricted goods

Violation may result in penalties or termination of rental.

5. Fuel Policy

• Fuel is not included in the rental price
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup
• Shortage in fuel will incur charges

6. Damages, Accidents & Theft

• User Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for the vehicle during their rental
• Damages: The user must pay for repair costs, downtime loss, or replacement if required
• Accidents: Must be immediately reported to Freedo.Store and local authorities
• Theft: FIR must be filed and Freedo.Store notified; user may be liable for partial or full value based on insurance coverage

7. Traffic Violations

Users are solely responsible for all traffic violations committed during the rental. If challans arrive later for your rental period, you agree to pay the challan amount plus applicable processing charges.

8. Cancellation & Returns

• Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup may be refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges (as per Refund Policy).
• Late Return: Late drop-offs will attract penalty charges
• Early Return: Returning the vehicle early does not qualify for a refund

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Freedo.Store and its affiliates against any losses, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the vehicle
• Illegal activities
• Accidents due to negligence

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall remain under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Vehicle Fleet & Brand Usage

Freedo.Store operates as an independent rental service provider. Our fleet primarily consists of vehicles manufactured by reputed brands, including Hero Motocorp Limited. Brand names used in this document are solely for descriptive purposes to identify the compatibility and make of vehicles available for rent.
